Ramiro Sacasa has over 25 years experience in the payment industry, of which 12 years were leading the strategic division of Visa International. He is a past senior executive of Visa International in Latin America and Caribbean Region, with responsibility for Strategic Development, Strategic Alliances Consultancy Services, Risk Management and Member reporting. He then went on to develop and lead the Card Payments Consultancy practice for Global Payments. During this time he designed and managed hundreds of projects for major card issuers and merchant programs including more than 100 banks, as well as developing IT strategy solutions for data base management.

Mr. Sacasa holds an MBA degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He has also developed seminars for over 1000 bankcard executives in Latin America including: Strategic Planning, CRM, Data base management, New Product Development, Managing the Acquiring Business; Optimizing Business Profitability; the Bankcard Management Institute with the University of Miami and the Strategic Research Institute in New York.

Rodrigo Aguilar

Rodrigo Aguilar has over 15 years senior executive with experience in the Financial Services, Retailing and merchant acquiring industries. Rodrigo has unrivalled experience in managing and planning data base and information development in the Payment Card operations. He has in depth expertise in running and advising IT and Operationally intensive consumer service card programs.

He was also Information Officer and representative for TM-1 in Mexico, one of best on line analytical tools in the market. During this period he was responsible for IT strategy ranging from data bases, member reporting and evaluating mainframes automatization tools. He is a proven change agent with hands-on experience on data base management projects, in a number of different countries in the Latin America Region.

Jean Paul André

Jean Paul Andre is a senior manager at leveraging knowledge-based marketing to solve acquisition, retention, risk and cross-sell problems. Jean Paul has spent his entire career in Financial Services starting with Bank BCH in Mexico in 1987 and moved as a consultant to Visa International with the Visa Consulting Group in 1992 trough 1998. Then he followed by 4 years at Visa International as risk management manager until February 2003. At Visa Jean Paul was risk manager for the Mexican Office of Visa International. His duties included the development and evaluation of business opportunities to ensure Visa's dominant position in the region.
He went on to Banorte as product manager from july 2004 to decemeber 2005. He has focused on increased earnings and improved stakeholder value as a proponent of both profitability and return on investment analysis throughout the strategy/execution lifecycle. His experience encompasses product management and fraud prevention. He joined Global Payments Consultants in 2005.

Osman Rivas

Osman Rivas, Economist and Project Director. Mr. Rivas is Director of Global Payments projects in Latin America and the Caribbean and has an experience of 20 years of banking experience in operations and systems. Mr. Rivas has been in charge of analysis and control of financial products, particularly debit cards and the relationship with current and savings accounts. Mr. Rivas has a BA in Economics from the University of Monterrey, Mexico.

In addition, Global Payments has a team of strategic analysts, financial and skilled programmers to support the implementation of projects, with offices in Miami, Mexico and Nicaragua.
